摘要
采用30 0mm× 10 0 0mm筒式永磁强磁选机分选姑山铁矿 - 12 +5mm赤铁矿的工业试验表明 :既可获得与现行生产中使用的梯形跳汰机相同的精矿产率和质量 ,又可抛弃比跳汰机尾矿品位低的尾矿。该设备结构简单、操作方便、高效节能 ,预计年增效益可达 180多万元。
The industrial test on the application of 300mm×1000mm drum high intensity permanent magetic separator in the beneficiation of -12+5mm hematite ore in Gushan Iron Mine has shown that not only can the concentrate weight percent and quality similar to that achieved by trapezoidal jig used in production now be achieved,but also tailings that have a lower grade than that of the jig can be discarded.The machine is characterised by simple structure,convenient operation,high efficiency and energy saving.An annual added benefit can be expected to over 1.8 million Yuan.It will provide a new way to the beneficiation of coarse and medium-sized oxide iron ore.
