摘要
讨论了应用铬天青--S作为显色剂,在pH=4~6的弱酸性介质中测钢中铝的含量,文中对重点问题(在波长的选择上)给予图示说明,对应用铬天青--S比色法测定钢中铝的各种影响因素进行了叙述并对其影响因素的消除进行探讨,针对上述内容应用几种标准样品进行验证实验,得出方法简单、快速、可靠。可用于日常工作中钢中铝的测定。
In the paper, it discussed the content of the application chromazurol - S as a chromogenic reagent to measure aluminum content of steel in pH=4-6 weakly acidic solution medium . with the help of a few graphical representations on key issues (the choice of wavelength), it describes & analyzes various influencing factors which affect the application of chromazurol -- S colorimetric determination, and makes reserch on how to eliminate.by practical experiments on several standard steel samples, finally, obtained a simple method that Can be used for the determination of aluminum in the steel, proven to be fast and reliable.
