摘要
采用沉淀-SBR-砂滤组合工艺对某公司的制药废水进行了处理。工程处理规模为500m3/d,处理前废水水质指标为:CODCr 400-700mg/L,BOD5 100-200mg/L,SS 80-150mg/L,pH 7-8,氨氮7-15mg/L。处理后废水水质指标是:CODCr 37.2mg/L,BOD5 10.6mg/L,SS 8mg/L,氨氮2.2mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》GB 8978-1996的一级标准。该工艺具有投资和运行费用低,处理效果好,运行稳定、操作管理简便、污泥量少等特点,具有推广价值。
The pharmaceutical wastewater was treated by a combined process of precipitation--SBR--ssnd filtration with engineering scale of 500m3/d. Under the influent conditions of CODcr 400-700mg/L,BOD5 100-200mg/L,SSS0--150mg/L,pHT--8and ammonia 7-- 15mg/L respectively,the effluent indexes were CODcr 37.2 mg/L,BOD5 10.6mg/L,SS 8mg/L,ammonia 2.2mg/L,reaching the first class standard of Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996).The technological process,which is worth promoting, possesses the advantages of low investment and operating costs,stable operation,convenient operation and management,and less sludge.
