支原体肺炎合并心肌损害患儿临床观察及护理体会

The clinical analysis and nursing experience in mycoplasma pneumonia with myocardial damage of children

目的旨在探讨支原体肺炎合并心肌损害患儿的临床分析及护理心得。方法于我院收治的支原体肺炎合并心肌损害患儿共104例,随即分为实验组及对照组,分析其临床表现,及时完善相关辅助检查,经过治疗支原体感染和营养心肌后及时复查,对其进行分析。结果实验组患儿平均住院时间为(12.9±3.6)d,对照组患儿平均住院时间为(16.1±2.9)d,经比较,两组差异具有显著性。结论阿奇霉素疗效优于红霉素。支原体肺炎合并心肌损害在儿童尤其是婴幼儿应该相当重视,并加以合理护理,才有利于病情恢复。

Objective To discuss clinica~ analysis and nursing experience in children mycoplasma pneumonia with myocardial damage.Methods In our hospital,Collecting 104 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia complicated with myocardial damage, it divid- ed into the experimental group and the control group, and analyed the clinical manifestation, timely and perfect auxiliary examina- tion, compared it after treatment of mycoplasma infection and nutrition myocardium after timely review.Results The average length of time in the experimental group was （12.9＋ 3.6） day,and the control group with the mean duration of hospitalization was （ 16.1 ＋ 2.9） days, by comparison, the two groups have significant difference.Conclusion Erythromycin has superior efficacy than azithromycin. Mycoplasma pneumonia combined with myocardial damage should be of considerable importance in children espe-cially in infants, and rational nursing is beneficial of the recovery of illness.
