银翘荆防汤治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎肝经风热证的临床研究

The clinical research of Yinqiao Jingfang decoction on epithelial Herpes simplex keratitis of the wind-heat in liver meridian syndrom

目的观察银翘荆防汤治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎肝经风热证的疗效。方法将57例(60只眼)临床确诊为上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎肝经风热证的患者,随机分为治疗组29例(30眼)和对照组28例(30眼)。两组均用0.15%更昔洛韦眼用凝胶滴眼,治疗组加用银翘荆防汤,比较两组治疗后第5、10、15日各项指标的变化。结果①在总体疗效方面,治疗组与对照组在第5、10日及第15日差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在单个指标方面,在第5日,两组局部症状比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),角膜浸润及结膜充血比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第10日,两组角膜浸润及结膜充血比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),局部症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在第15日,两组结膜充血比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),角膜浸润及局部症状比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论银翘荆防汤是治疗上皮型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎肝经风热证的有效方剂,且无明显副作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Yinqiao Jingfang Decoction on epithelial Herps simplex keratitis of the wind-heat in the liver meridian syndrome. Methods 57 patients （60 eyes） with epithelial Herps simplex keratitis of the wind-heat in the liver meridian syndrome were involved and randomly divided into two groups： the treatment group 29 patients （30 eyes） and the control group 28 patients （30 eyes）. Ganciclovir eye-jel was applied in both of the groups, and the treatment group also took Yinqiao Jingfang Decoction. The changes between the two groups on the fifth day, the tenth day and the fifth day were compared. Results 1 The total effects of the treatment group were markedly different from of control group on the fifth day, the tenth day and the fifth day （P〈0.05）. 2.There were remarkable differences between the two groups between index of local symptoms of the two groups on the fifth day （P〈0.05）, but no significant differences of cornea infiltration and conjunctival congestion （P〉0.05）. On the tenth day, there were notable differences of cornea infiltration and conjunctival congestion between the two groups （P〈0.05）,but no significant difference of local symptoms （P〉0.05）.On the fifth day, there was notable difference of conjunctival congestion between the two groups （P〈0.05）,but no significant differences of cornea infiltration and local symptoms （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Yinqiao Jingfang Decoction can alleviate the cornea infihration, conjunctival congestion and local symptoms, and with no obvious side-effect.
