高频超声对腘窝囊肿的形态学分析

High-frequency ultrasound popliteal fossa cyst on the morphological analysis

目的探讨高频超声对腘窝囊肿形态学分析的临床意义及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析高频超声诊断48例腘窝囊肿的声像图资料并与手术病理结果分析对照。结果高频超声影像囊肿形态有两种:椭圆形与逗号形。椭圆形23例,全部囊肿与关节不相通,与手术结果符合率100%。逗号形25例,其中17例囊肿与关节不相通;8例囊肿与关节相通,超声诊断符合只7例(囊肿与关节不相通5例,囊肿与关节相通2例),与手术符合率28%。逗号形腘窝囊肿25例中有11例行MRI检查患侧膝关节,MRI诊断2例不相通,9例有相通。结论超声对本病有特异性诊断价值,并且囊肿形态能够确定,其形态对临床进一步诊断与治疗具有重要指导意义。腘窝囊肿是否与关节腔相通,还不能完全用超声解决。

Objective Explore high frequency ultrasound popliteal fossa cyst on the morphological analysis diagnostic value and clinical significance.Methods High-frequency ultrasound diagnosis were retrospectively analyzed the 48 cases of ultrasonographic popliteal fossa cyst with surgical pathology material and compared with the results of the analysis.Results High frequency ultrasound images cysts form there are two: oval shape with a comma.The oval in 23 cases,all cyst and joint not interlinked,and surgical results was 100%.A comma form,17 cases of 25 cases of cyst and joint not two;8 cases cyst and joint interlinked,ultrasonic diagnosis accord with only seven patients(cyst and joint not mutually in 5 patients,and cyst and joint interlinked,and 2 cases) surgery was 28%.A comma form the popliteal fossa cyst 25 cases 11 of the routine of the MRI knee,MRI diagnosis in 2 cases not interlinked,9 cases have empathy.Conclusion Ultrasound of the specific diagnosis value,but also can confirm cysts form,its morphology clinical guidelines for further diagnosis and treatment has important guiding significance.Whether the popliteal fossa cyst articular cavity are interlinked,are not yet fully able to use ultrasound solve.
