摘要
目的应用彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断及病理结果进行分析,并探讨彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2008～2011年我院收治的患甲状腺肿瘤的病例资料132例,对彩色多普勒超声声像图特征与病理结果进行比较分析,对彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值进行评价。结果采用彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断与病理结果的符合率为93.9%,经对比分析,两者间具有很好的相关性。结论彩色多普勒超声对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断具有一定的应用价值,值得临床予以推广。
Objective With color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic findings of thyroid tumors were analyzed, and to explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound of thyroid tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data for 2008 to 2011 in our hospital suffering from thyroid tumors 132 cases, color Doppler sonographic features and pathologic findings were compared to evaluate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound. Results Meet the rate of 93.9% with color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis and histologic findings in thyroid tumors by comparative analysis between the two tools： a good correlation. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid tumors has certain application value, is worthy of clinical to be promoted.
