麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的观察麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2010年6月～2011年6月我院收治的缺血性心肌病慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为两组,甲组40例采用常规的治疗药物治疗,乙组40例在常规药物治疗的基础上,进行麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗,对其临床效果及左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及缩末期内径(LVESD)进行统计分析。结果两组患者显效、有效、无效,两组疗效存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸联合曲美他嗪治疗缺血性心肌病慢性心力衰竭的临床效果较好,明显的改善心脏供血,增强心肌细胞收缩力,减少复发率,安全性高,适宜临床广泛应用。

Objective Observed of the clinical effect of heart-protecting musk pill combined trimetazidine to treat chronic heart failure in ischemic cardiomyopathy. Methods Selected June 2010 to June 2011 our hospital patients with chronic heart failure of ischemic cardiomyopathy 80 cases,randomly divided into two groups,Group A 40 cases in conventional therapeutic drug treatment, 40 cases of Group B in the basis of conventional drug therapyon,used the heart-protecting musk pill combined trimetazidine hy- drochtoride treatment,its clinical efficacy and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDD） and shrink a final inner diameter（LVESD were） for statistical analysis. Results The two groups were with markedly ,effective,ineffective,two groups have significant differences with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Heartprotecting musk pill combined trimctazidine had a good clinical effect of elderly ischemic cardiomyopathy with chronic heart failure,improved cardiac blood supply,enhanced myocardial contraction force,reduced the relapse rate,safety,appropriate for clinical widely used.
