摘要
目的探讨脑电双频指数调控七氟烷吸入麻醉在小儿心脏手术中应用的效果。方法在体外循环下行房间隔或室间隔缺损修补术小儿80例分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,在常规麻醉基础上,两组都采用七氟烷吸入麻醉,对照组根据临床经验来调节七氟烷吸入浓度,治疗组依据脑电双频指数值调整七氟烷吸入浓度。结果治疗组术前、诱导、术毕的平均动脉压和心率变化均较对照组低且平稳(P<0.05)。经过观察与统计。结论脑电双频指数调控下的七氟烷吸入麻醉在小儿心脏手术中的应用能使小儿血流动力学平稳,自主恢复时间与拔管时间都比较快,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the apply of bispectral index (BIS)control of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric heart surgery. Methods 80 pediatric cases with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia were equally divided the treatment group and the control group, , The control group were adjusted the sevoflurane concentration based on clinical experience, and the treatment group were adjusted the sevoflurane concentration based on the bispectral index. Results The mean arterial pressure and heart rate of the preoperative, induction and after surgery in the treatment group were low and stable to the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The apply of bispectral index control of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in pediatric heart surgery can make hemodynamic stable.
