摘要
介绍了一种命名为SGX 2的生产测井专用地面系统 ,它可与大多数常规生产测井下井仪配接 ,完成类似AT+ 系统的功能。该测井系统以高性能工业PC为控制中心 ,具有 8个 12位BGA模拟输入通道 ,其中有 2个专门用于CCL和电缆记号采集 ,3个可程控门槛电平的脉冲输入通道支持Manchester及单芯半双工电缆数据传输。数据采集、遥测及CBL VDL均为内嵌MPU的接口模块。系统软件是以OOP方法设计的纯 32位软件系统 ,运行于32位Windows操作系统 ,同时支持 8个中断源 ,功能较为齐全 ,界面友好 ,操作方便 ,在仪器的刻度、测井服务表、数据文件处理中采用了许多全新的处理方式 ,可以挂接Model82 0及Epson系统等多种测井曲线输出设备。
A newly designed production logging system named SGX-2 are introduced. It can be attached to most down\|hole production logging tools and provide information similar to the AT + system. This logging system takes a high-performance industrial PC as its control center. It has eight BGA analog input channels with 12-bit ADC, two of which are designed for processing CCL and cable-marker data. The threshold level of the three pulse channels can be controlled by the PC program. The pulse channels support Manchester telemetry for half duplex work with the MPU. The application software is a entire 32-bit system which is designed with OOP method and supports eight interrupt sources simultaneously. It has complete functions and a user-friendly interface for convenient operation. Many new processing methods are applied to tool calibration, logging service table making and datafile processing. A model 820 and Epson serial printer can be linked to the system as the graphics output unit.
