摘要
设计了一种用超声波检测射孔深度的高速数据采集系统。该系统采用美国ADI公司新型的四级流水线式高速、高精度模数转换器AD 92 2 0和数据交换速度高于FIFO和DMA方式的分页式双端口存储器 ,该存储器与PC机直接接口 ,因此 ,数据采集和处理可并行进行。该系统具有 10MHz的采样频率和 12位的采样精度 ,可以较好地测出来自射孔底部的反射信号 ,并能进一步分析和检测射孔的深度和质量。
A high speed data acquisition system was designed for measuring the depth of the perforation with ultrasound signal. The data acquisition system adopts high speed and high resolution A/D converter AD 9220 and a paging dual\|port RAM. The A/D converter utilizes a four\|stage pipeline unit, and the dual\|port RAM has a direct interface mode with computer. The rate of data exchange with the computer is faster than those of FIFO mode and DMA mode. Therefore, the data acquisition can run in parallel with the data processing. The system has the maximum sampling rate of 10 MHz and the resolution of 12 bits.
