流体机械转轮内气泡运动轨迹的数值分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用气泡轨迹模型作为基本物理模型和边界元数值分析方法求解主流流场,分别以一离心叶轮和螺旋轴流式叶轮为例,研究了气泡在流体机械转轮中的运动情况,通过2种叶轮计算结果的对比分析,验证了螺旋轴流式多相泵在多相输送方面的优越性,得到转轮内气泡运动轨迹及其他一些很有价值的流动信息。 On the base of the bubble's trajectory model,bubble's behavior inside impeller is studied. Firstly,the main fluid field is calculated by the boundary element method;secondly,the bubble's trajectory is obtained by the bubble's control equations. Finally, the bubble's behavior inside a centrifugal and helico- axial pump impeller is presented separately. As a result, the advantage of the helico- axial pump on multiphase pumping technology is proved and other useful flow information is obtained.
