硫酸高铈催化合成氯乙酸异丙酯 被引量:16

摘要 以结晶硫酸高铈为催化剂 ,对氯乙酸和异丙醇的酯化反应进行催化 ,合成了氯乙酸异丙酯。详细探讨了反应时间、催化剂用量、酸醇摩尔比等因素对酯化率的影响 ,获得了最佳反应条件。结果表明结晶硫酸高铈具很高的催化活性 ,酯化率可达 97% Isopropyl chloroacetate was synthesized by esterification of chloroacetatic acid with isopropyl alcohol in the presence of catalyst cerium sulphate crystal[Ce(SO 4) 2·4H 2O]. The effects such as reaction time, catalyst amount and acid/alcohol mole ratio on esterification conversion were discussed in detail, the optional condition of reaction was obtained. The results showed that the catalyst had a high catalytic activity and the esterification conversion was up to 97%.
