摘要
采用固液相转移催化法 ,以季铵盐 A 1为相转移催化剂、K2 CO3为碱、丙二酸二乙酯和正溴丁烷为原料合成丁基丙二酸二乙酯 ,研究了各种反应因素对产率的影响 ,得到最佳反应条件为丙二酸二乙酯 :nC4H9Br∶ K2 CO3∶ A 1 =1∶ 1 .2∶ 1 .3∶ 0 .0 3(摩尔比 ) ,在 1 0 5℃下反应 2 h,收率可达 92 .2 % ,催化剂 A
Diethyl butylma lonate was synthesized by the reaction of diethyl malonate and nbutylbromide, using quaternary ammonium salt A1 as catalysis and potassium Carbonate as base under solidliquid phase transfer Catalysis. A variety of reaction effects were investigated, the optimum conditions were obtained, under the condition, diethyl malonate∶nbuthyl bromide∶potassium carbonate∶A1=1∶1.2∶1.3∶0.03(mol ratio), tempterature 105 ℃ and rection time 2 h, The yield of product was 92.2% and the catalyst was reuseable.
