某校医学生AIDS相关知识态度课堂教学干预效果浅析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析某医科院校学生艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关知识态度课堂教学干预效果,为探讨有效的艾滋病课堂教学干预模式提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取三、四年级本科生及研一学生共280名,集中研究对象,由专家结合课堂教学进行AIDS相关知识专题讲座,并于讲座前后进行问卷调查,分析评价课堂教学干预模式的效果。结果干预前医学生对AIDS三大传播途径已普遍掌握,但对传播途径具体细节知晓率低;对非传播途径和具体预防方法认识有误;医学生对HIV感染者存有一定歧视;临床/护理和公共卫生/管理类专业学生干预后相关知识知晓率、态度正向率得到提高。结论医学生对AIDS相关知识态度总体正确率不高;课堂教学干预模式有明显效果,应予以推广。 Objective To analyze the effect about acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)-related knowledge and attitude in the classroom intervention among students in a medical university,so as to provide the basis to investigate an effective AIDS intervention model.Methods Two hundred and eighty students were recruited by stratified cluster random from third and fourth year medical students and first-year graduate students,AIDS-related knowledge seminars were conducted by experts in the classroom.Survey before and after the lecture was performed to assess the effect of this classroom intervention.Results Before the intervention,medical students had generally mastered three ways of transmission,but the awareness of the details was low,and misunderstood about non-transmission and specific prevention;in addition,medical students had a certain discrimination against HIV infection;after the intervention,the correct rate about awareness of knowledge and attitude in two types of professional was improved.Conclusions The correct rate of AIDS-related knowledge and attitude among the medical students are not high;the classroom intervention model has obvious effects.
