摘要
介绍了我国引进的第一套 40 0 kt/a润滑油高压加氢处理装置的工艺技术特点。试生产的结果表明 :采用一段加氢处理 -常减压蒸馏 -二段加氢精制 -溶剂脱蜡组合工艺可以从劣质原料生产高粘度指数润滑油基础油。
The process characteristics and commercial trial of the imported first 400 kt/a lube oil high pressure hydrotreating unit were introduced. The result indicated that the high viscosity index base oil could be produced from inferior feeds by the combination process, started from hydrofining, and succeeded by atmospheric and vacuum distillation, hydrofinishing and solvent dewaxing.
