摘要
洛阳石油化工总厂从常减压蒸馏、催化裂化装置入手 ,采用多种技术措施增产柴油。包括常压蒸馏装置采用石脑油 /喷气燃料 /柴油方案将喷气燃料轻拔和减少塔底油中 <350℃馏分含量 ;催化裂化装置压低汽油干点至 1 85℃以下 ;使用 CC- 2 0 D( L Y)增产柴油催化剂。通过采用以上技术措施 ,柴汽比由 1 998年 1 0月的 1 .1 0增加到 1 999年 3月的 1 .95,增产柴油有利于企业提高效益。
Luoyang Petrochemical Complex adopted a series of technical measures for increasing the diesel fuel production. The production plan of naphtha/jet fuel/diesel fuel has been taken in the atmospheric vacuum distillation, which includes lightening the jet fuel and minimizing the <350 ℃ fraction in column bottoms. The end point of FCC naphtha has been adjusted to lower than 185 ℃, and CC 20D (LY) catalyst has been used in FCC for increasing diesel fuel production. After the above measures realized, the diesel/gasoline ratio was increased from 1.10 in October 1998 to 1.95 in March 1999. The economic benefits were obtained.
