摘要
介绍了镇海炼油化工股分有限公司加氢裂化装置国产化加氢精制、加氢裂化反应器的技术特点和运行概况。针对在役反应器可能发生的损伤 ,实验研究了回火脆性、氢脆、奥氏体不锈钢堆焊层的表面开裂及氢致剥离裂纹等 ,提出并采用了相应的防护措施。总结了该装置运行四年后首次检验反应器的内容和结果。结果证明 ,该反应器的制造和维护是可靠的。
The characteristics and running of domestic hydrofining and hydrocracking reactors in Zhenhai Petrochemical Company were introduced.The tempering brittleness,hydrogen embrittlement,surface fracture and hydrogen induced fractures in the welding layer of austenitic stainless steel were investigated and protection measures proposed.The first test results showed that both manufacture and maintenance of the reactor are reliable.
