摘要
分析塔内件选型的影响因素后 ,指出常压塔提馏段内件选用塔板较好。提出用工业四因素模糊评价法对常压塔提馏段所用塔板进行综合评判 ,能较为准确地反映塔板在工业运用中的提馏分离性能 ,避免了系统因素的较大影响。方法直观简单 ,便于工业选型。
Factors affecting type selection of internals in the tower were analyzed.It was pointed out that trays are appropriate to stripping zone of the tower.Using commercial four factor fuzzy method can exhibit both stripping and separating characteristics of the trays and avoid greater influence of systematic factors.
