摘要
探讨了磷阻燃剂不同用量对覆铜板各项性能的影响及作用机理。适当用量可以改善阻燃、降低热膨胀系数以及介电常数,但会带来吸水率、成本的提升。
The effects of Phosphorus-containing flame retardant on FR-4 CCL and its mechanism were mainly discussed in this article. When Phosphorus-containing flame retardant was used in appropriated weight, it can improve flame retardance, decrease Z-CTE and Dk of FR-4, also increase moist resistance and cost.
