幼年特发性关节炎病儿T淋巴细胞CTLA-4表达检测 被引量:1

THE EXPRESSION OF CTLA-4 T LYMPHOCYTES IN JUVENILE IDIOPATHIC ARTHRITIS

摘要 目的探讨幼年特发性关节炎(JIA)病儿外周血细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原-4(CTLA-4)的表达及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪分别检测36例JIA病儿和39例健康儿童(对照组)外周血T淋巴细胞上CTLA-4表达及淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果 JIA病儿CD4+T和CD8+T细胞上CTLA-4的表达较对照组均显著增高,差异有显著性(t=27.10、26.28,P<0.01);CD3+CD4+T细胞较对照组显著增加,CD3+CD8+T细胞较对照组显著降低,差异有显著性(t=8.01、4.47,P<0.01)。结论 JIA病儿外周血T淋巴细胞CTLA-4的表达异常可能是JIA发病的重要机制之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of costimulatory molecule CTLA-4 in peripheral blood T lympho- cytes and its clinical significance in juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Methods By using flow cytometry, the changes of expres- sion and lymphocyte subsets in 36 children with JIA, and 39 healthy controls were detected. Results In JIA children, the ex- pression of CTLA-4 in CD4^+T and CD8^+ T cells was higher than that in the control, the difference between them was significant 0=27.10,26.28;P〈0.01); that of CD3^+ CD4^+ T cells was higher than that of the control group (t= 8.01,P〈0.01), and CD3^+ CD8^+ T was lower (t=4.47,P〈0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of CTLA-4 in T lymphocytes may be one of the causes contributing to JIA.
