摘要
目的探讨计算机信息技术在门诊注射室输液流程中的应用效果。方法制定计算机信息技术输液流程内容。结果实施计算机信息技术再造输液流程后,本门诊注射室护患纠纷显著减少(χ2=8.36,P<0.05),病人满意度明显提高(χ2=4.42,P<0.05)。结论实施计算机技术使注射室输液流程更加信息化、人性化,有效地提高了护理质量,提高了病人的满意度。
Objective To assess the use of information technology （IT） at injection room of clinic service. Methods A process of a computer IT for infusion was created. Results After using this technique, the nurse-patient dispute notably de- creased （χ^2=8.36,P〈0.05）, and patient satisfaction increased （χ^2=4.42,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of IT makes the infusion process more informationised and humanized, which effectively improves the quality of care and raises the satis- faction in patients.
