参附注射液围手术期应用概况 被引量:4

摘要 参附注射液(SFI)是我国传统的中成药制剂,有效成分为人参皂苷与乌头类生物碱,由于其具有改善微循环、双向调节血流动力学的作用而被用于围手术期病人,后续研究发现,SFI在全麻催醒、降低寒战发生率、抑制手术引起凝血和纤溶的活跃、心肺脑器官保护、促进病人术后胃肠道功能恢复、提高免疫功能等方面具有明显作用。SFI围手术期应用安全性较高,不良反应少见。随着中药国际化的发展,SFI逐渐得到国际社会的认可。
