颅脑外伤对血清蛋白水平的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨不同程度颅脑外伤病人血清蛋白水平改变及其临床意义。方法选取65例外伤后3d内入院的颅脑外伤病人,按GLASGOW分级,轻度24例,中度19例,重度22例。检测病人入院后第2、8、15天血清总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白水平,同时选取正常体检者20例作为对照组。结果入院后第2天不同程度颅脑外伤病人血清总蛋白与清蛋白水平较对照组均有下降,差异有显著性(F=3.76、11.99,P<0.05)。在入院后第2、8、15天不同程度颅脑外伤病人血清总蛋白、清蛋白水平比较差异有显著性(F=4.50~29.55,P<0.05),其中,重度组清蛋白水平显著低于中度组和轻度组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑外伤后病人血清蛋白水平下降,损伤程度越重,下降越明显。 Objective To explore the changes of serum protein in patients with different degrees of craniocerebral trauma (CCT) and their clinical significance. Methods Sixty five patients with CCT admired within three days after injury were selected in this study. According to GLASGOW grading,24 were classified as mild, 19 as moderate and 22 as severe trauma. The serum to- tal protein, albumin and prealbumin were measured on days 2,8 and 15 after admission, and 20 normal individuals were served as controls. Results On the second day of admission, the levels of serum total protein and albumin in patients with different de grees of CCT were significantly lower than that in control group (F=3. 76,11. 99 ;P〈0.05). A comparison of serum levels of total protein and albumin in the patients among days 2,8 and 15 of admission showed a significant difference (F=4. 50- 29. 55, P〈0.05), of which, the albumin level in severe group was markedly lower than that in mild and moderate group (P(0.05). Conclusion The level of albumin declines in patients after craniocerebral trauma, the more severe the trauma is, the more obvious the decrease of albumin will be.
