摘要
通过对现有森林灭火弹的灭火效能的分析,提出了增大炮弹口径,提高单发炮弹灭火面积的方案。文中通过研究灭火剂爆轰扩散规律以及灭火弹弹体结构关键技术,明确了决定灭火剂扩散性能的关键因素,解决了制约灭火剂扩散的结构性技术问题。介绍了灭火弹弹型设计经验,及超口径迫击炮炮弹概况,得出超口径灭火弹弹型设计方案,并在对弹丸飞行稳定性分析的基础上得出了相似弹型具有相似飞行稳定性的规律,以此证明了将现有超口径迫击炮弹改装成超口径森林灭火弹的可行性。
According to the analysis of the extinguishing ammunition, the project, which is increasing caliber shells single shell is put forward. This paper studies on the extinguishing agent and the key technologies of forest fire effect of the existing forest fire extinguishing in order to enlarge the extinguishing area of a dispersal laws of explosive blasting to the extinguishing ammunition g body structure, so the key factor that determines the dispersal performance of the extinguishing agent is recognized and the structural technical problems that constrain the dispersal of the extinguishing agent are solved. It introduces the design experience of the fire extinguishing ammunition model and the general information of over caliber mortar shell, and then the design project of the over caliber fire extinguishing ammunition is drawn up. Through the analysis of the flight stability of the ball, we know that the similar model of the ball has the similar flight stability, so we can say that designing over caliber forest fire extinguishing ammunition with the existing over caliber mortar shell model is feasible.
