摘要
针对电动车应用中的需求,提出了一种电动车用锂电池剩余容量(SOC)检测的方法,并设计了一套SOC检测系统。该系统以AVR单片机为控制及计算核心、以ACS712为电流采集器,采用线性光耦隔离模拟电压信号,集合充放电电流对时间的积分和BP神经网络估算两种方法来测量电池SOC值。该系统具有成本低、安全可靠、计算准确等特点,适合在电动车上推广使用。
For electric bicycle application demand, a method ot elecmc mcycl~ uut,u : charge (SOC) detection is proposed, and a SOC detection system is designed. The system is based on AVR MCU as the control and calculation core, used ACS712 as current collector. It uses a linear optoisolator to insulate analog voltage signal. It measures SOC of the battery integrating two methods which are current integration to the time and BP neural network estimation. The system has the advantages of low cost, safe and reliable, accurate calculation and other characteristics. It is suitable for use in electric vehicles.
