旋风分离器磨损失效分析与对策

ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURE ON WEAR FAILURE OF CYCLONE

根据重油催化裂化装置旋风分离器衬里的不同损坏情况 ,从操作因素、衬里的热震稳定性、局部衬里的施工等方面分析失效原因。提出选择合适的操作条件、改进特殊部位的衬里结构 ,将运行记录与衬里热震稳定性相结合预测旋风分离器的使用寿命等措施。

Based on different destruction situation of cyclone lining in residue catalytic cracking unit,from the fields of operation factor,heat sock stability of lining,and construction of local lining,the failure reasons are analyzed.Some measures,such as,selection of suitable operation condition,improving lining structure of special location,and operation record combined with heat shock stability of lining to predict the servece life of cyclone,are given out.
