摘要
目的对某五金加工企业职业病危害控制效果进行评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测和职业健康检查法,在综合分析的基础上进行评价。结果该建设项目工作场所空气中粉尘、一氧化碳、一氧化氮、二氧化氮、臭氧、锰及其无机化合物、氧化锌、乙苯、甲苯、二甲苯浓度均符合国家职业卫生标准,噪声合格率52.3%,紫外辐射合格率75.0%,照度合格率48.1%。结论该建设项目职业病危害控制效果较好,但需进一步完善隔声、消声降噪措施和紫外辐射的个人防护,调整部分工作场所的照度。
[Objective]To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a hardware processing enterprise.[Methods]By using the field occupational hygiene survey,occupational hazards monitoring and occupational medical examination,the evaluation was carried out on the basis of comprehensive analysis.[Results]The concentrations of dusts,carbon monoxide,nitric oxide,nitrogen dioxide,ozone,manganese and inorganic compounds,zinc oxide,ethyl benzene,toluene and xylene in workplace air of this construction project met the national occupational health standards.The qualified rate of noise,ultraviolet radiation and illuminance was 52.3%,75.0% and 48.1%,respectively.[Conclusion]The control effect of occupational hazards in this construction project is qualified,and it is necessary to improve the noise reduction measures and personal protection for ultraviolet radiation,and adjust the illumination in some workplaces.
