摘要
目的识别、评价、控制建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,防治职业病,保护劳动者健康,为卫生行政部门审批建设项目提供科学依据。方法选择与建设项目类似的工程进行类比调查,采用类比法、经验法及检查表法相结合的原则进行评价。结果该建设项目的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;该项目生产过程中存在和产生的主要职业病危害因素有电焊烟尘、锰及其化合物、甲苯等漆料组成物、一氧化碳、氮氧化物、臭氧,紫外线、噪声、高频电场等。类比检测结果显示,噪声有5个点超标,合格率为78.3%,粉尘和化学毒物均符合要求。结论拟建设项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目。在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。
[Objective]To identify,analyze and evaluate the potential occupational hazards in the proposed construction project,to prevent and treat occupational diseases,to protect workers' health,and provide scientific evidence for Health administrative departments to examine and endorse construction projects.[Methods]The similar construction project was selected for analog investigation.And the pre-evaluation was conducted with the combination of checklist method,empirical method and analogy.[Results]The site selection and overall layout,the layout of production equipment,the design of occupational protective equipment,health auxiliary rooms set of this project were in line with the national standards.The main occupational hazards in the production process of this construction project were welding fumes,manganese and its compounds,toluene and other paint compositions,carbon monoxide,nitrogen oxides,ozone,ultraviolet light,noise,high frequency electric field,etc.The analogical results showed that noise intensity of 5 detection points exceeded standard,the qualified rate was 78.3%,and the levels of dust and toxic substances accorded with national standards.[Conclusion]This is a project with serious occupational hazards.The potential occupational hazard factors in the production process of this construction project can be prevented.From the view of occupational hygiene,this project is feasible.
