摘要
目的了解深圳市主要食品中铝的污染状况,为评估深圳市食品中铝的膳食暴露状况提供基础数据。方法 2009—2011年随机抽取763份主要食品样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定铝含量。结果面点类食品的铝含量为106.6 mg/kg,路边摊档的面点合格率为22.8%,其他食品中茶叶和螺中的铝含量较高。结论铝在各类食品中均有检出,开展铝的膳食暴露评估十分必要。
[Objective]To understand the pollution status of aluminium in main foods in Shenzhen City,provide the basic data for assessment of dietary exposure to aluminium.[Methods]763 foods sample were collected randomly from 2009-2011,and the aluminium content was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).[Results]The aluminium content in wheaten food was 106.6 mg/kg,the eligible rate of wheaten food in roadside stalls was 22.8%,and the aluminium contents in tea and snails were higher.[Conclusion]Aluminium is detected in all kinds of foods,so it is necessary to develop the assessment of dietary exposure to aluminium.
