摘要
对炼油厂冷换设备的腐蚀情况和引起腐蚀的原因进行了分析。针对不同腐蚀环境及操作条件 ,分别采用 791 0涂料对碳钢管束内壁防腐、采用 5454铝镁合金管束、“Ni- P”化学镀管束、对管束采用化学清洗技术、在线清洗技术等 ,收到了很好的效果。
Corrosion situation and reasons leaded to corrode of heat exchange and cooler in refinery are analyzed.Based on different corrosion enviroment and service condition,some measure,such as,7910 coating used for carbon steel tube bundle inside corrosion prevention,5454 aluminium-magnesium alloy tube bundle,Ni-P chemical plating tube bundle,chemical cleaning technology for tube bundle and cleaning technology on line etc.,are adopted.Fairly good effects are obtained.
