道路养护中封层与病害整治技术的综合运用

Integrated Application of Seal and Disease Treatment Technologies in Road Maintenance

针对养护、预养护中存在的问题,提出了综合养护的概念,即在修复原有道路病害的基础上实施封层罩面。针对单层稀浆封层易出现的问题,提出了双封层的概念。双封层处治方案既恢复了路表功能,同时又抑制了老路潜在病害的反射。采用了综合养护方案的路面比直接实施封层罩面方案的路面更加耐久。

Because of problems in maintenance and preventive maintenance,the concept of integrated maintenance is put forward,which means implementing seal surfacing on the basis of repairing primary diseases of road.In allusion to the problems easily occur in signal-layer seal,the concept of double-seal coat is put forward.The scheme of double-seal coat not only resumes the function of road surface,but also restrains the reflection of potential diseases of old road.The pavement treated by integrated maintenance program is more perdurable than the pavement treated by seal surfacing directly.
