摘要
对 2 Cr- 1 Mo材料进行了不同温度下的低周疲劳试验 ,并应用 NHRDS有限元程序进行了应力应变计算 ,研究了该材料在复杂应力状态下的低周疲劳寿命。结合试验数据和计算结果 ,利用疲劳过程的能量概念 ,用当量塑性应变能密度和当量总应变能密度对疲劳寿命进行了评估。
Through low cycle fatigue experiment on 21/4Cr-1Mo steel at different temperatures, the low cycle fatigue life of this material is evaluated. Using the two-surface model within non-harden region (NHRDS) program to calculate the stress and strain at the point of crack, the results show that the low cycle fatigue life of this material under complicated stress state can be characterized by equivalent plastic strain energy density and equivalent total strain energy density.
