摘要
针对 8 0 0 0 m3球罐的设计参数及使用条件 ,对球壳材质选用进行了分析和论证 ,并提出了必须严格控制的制造和组焊技术要求 ,以确保球罐在焊态下安全运行。
The material selection of shell of the 8 000 m3 spherical tank in accordance with design parameter and condition of service is analysed and demonstrated.Working specification for manufacture,assembly and field weld to be strictly controlled is put forward to ensure safety using as-welded.
