摘要
在实验室研究了聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维作载体负载钴盐后对催化裂化汽油中硫醇的吸附与脱除性能。结果表明 ,其脱硫醇效果比活性炭作载体负载钴盐好得多 ;模拟工业生产的无碱脱硫醇工艺 ,在高空速 ( 8~ 1 8h- 1)条件下 ,前者的脱硫醇能力是后者的 6.7倍。
The adsorption and removal behaviors of thiols in FCC gasoline on cobalt carried polyacrylonitrile based activated carbon fiber were studied in laboratory. The results showed its sweetening efficiency was better that of cobalt dispersed on granulated active carbon. Simulating the industrial noncaustic sweetening process with high space velocity (8~18 h -1 ), the sweetening efficiency of the former was 6.7 times than that of the latter.
