摘要
研究并比较了分子筛 Na X和 Ca X对正庚烷中低浓度苯、甲苯和对二甲苯的吸附平衡。用 L angmuir方程可以较好地拟合等温线 ,由单组分吸附平衡得到的参数可以很好地预测多组分吸附平衡。进行了吸附动力学的研究 ,测定了流出曲线 ,回归出柱内传质系数 ,用因次分析法建立了估算传质系数的经验方程 ,并回归出方程中的系数。
The equilibrium of low concentration benzene, toluene and pxylene in heptane adsorbed by NaX and CaX molecular sieves were studied. The Langmuir equation was suggested to simulate the isotherms. Based on isotherms and material balances, multicomponent competitive sorption isotherms can be successfully predicted by the parameters of monocomponent equilibrium sorption isotherms. In addition, adsorption dynamics was studied. The elution curves of various systems through columns of NaX and CaX under different conditions were measured. The mass transfer coefficient was correlated. An empirical equation was established to evaluate the mass transfer coefficient by the dimensional analysis method and the parameters involved were correlated with the experimental data.
