摘要当前中国正处于经济社会快速转型期,城市化发展也正在从新城市的增长及城市规模扩张向城市化质量的提升转型。在此背景下,新型城市化战略的确立对我国城市化质量提升和城市化健康发展具有重要意义。可积极构建共享型、集约型、功能型、创新型等城市化发展模式来提升城市化质量,通过城乡规划来引导与调控城市化发展,发挥公共财政与空间管治的作用,实现城市化的健康发展。 At the moment China is undergoing fast socio-economic transition. Urbanization is transferring from city growth and expansion to quality improvement. With this background, a new urbanization strategy is imperative for healthy urbanization development and quality improvement. Sharing, compact, functional, innovative urbanization modes can be developed to improve urbanization quality. Urban rural planning shall exert public policy and governance roles and help achieve healthy urbanization development.
