摘要
从现行国际通用的定性的安全设计规范着手 ,探讨了如何将定性的设计规范与定量的风险评估方法结合起来 ,以设计出投资与效益合理的安全连锁系统 ,对实际工程应用有一定的参考价值。
Current international safety design codes and practice in qualitative are discussed.How to design safety interlock system,which is that investment are reasonable combining performance,based on design codes in qualitative with risk assessment in quantity is proposed.It has reference value for engineering application.The method proposed will be further modified according to Chinese industry practice.
