社区心理咨询的方向与任务——百名来访者分析与启示

The Direction and Task of Community Psychosocial Consultation——Real Case Study

通过对社区心理咨询100名来访者的基本情况、目标需求、咨询状况、问题与特点的分析,启示我们:社区心理咨询的主要方向和任务,除了少数需要系统或疗程心理咨询的以外,主要是立足于社区社会管理服务,立足于社区心理健康促进,要在面对社区居民的心理健康知识和心理咨询常识的宣传、普及及教育的基础上,结合人民调解、社区矫正、安置帮教等社区工作,重点在对社区相关人群的心理危机干预和心理问题疏导。

Through the analysis of more than 100 community visitor＇ s basic condition, specific situation and characteristic analysis we found that the primary task and mission of psychosocial consultation really need to focus on the social management services, pro-moting and popularizing the community resident＇ s mental health construction, which have to be combined with people＇ s mediation, community＇ s assistant and education. The purpose of this action is to dredge people＇ s psychological interventions and problems so as to help them restore the health.
