我国高职高专校企合作错位困境与对策初探

Cooperative Dislocation Plight and Countermeasures of China's Vocational Schools and Enterprises

校企合作是我国企业和高职院校双赢的重要途径,但是校企合作在我国存在着错位困境,主要表现为供需错位、学用错位和投资错位。导致错位的主要原因是定位错位、观念与期待错位、运作模式错位。走出困境的对策主要有:找准位置,转变观念;改变现行高职高专教育教学运行模式;政策导引,拉伸校企合作的宽度与深度;调整供需期待,优化人力资本积累投资。

School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for the double win of China＇s enterprises and vocational colleges,but there is dislocation plight,mainly as the supply and demand dislocation,learning and use dislocation,investment dislocation.The main reasons are the positioning dislocation,the ideas and expectations dislocation,operation mode dislocation.The countermeasures are： to identify the location and change concepts;change the existing vocational education teaching operation mode;policy guidance;stretch school-enterprise cooperation;adjust supply and demand expectations;optimize the accumulation of human capital investment.
