This article recounts the significant breakthrough during 30 years in several areas and indicates challenges and problems on forest-rights management for woodland, and puts forward its tasks and emphasis during the new period which is emphasized on practically paying special attention to the four major works, perfecting the system and improving the overall management level on forest-ownership management for forest land.
