探讨运用 Grubbs氏极端值取舍法监控临床化学未定值质控血清 RCV测定的时效性和可行性。方法 :用 Grubbs法做未定值血清 RCV测定的全程逐次监控 ,及时删除越限值并当天补测 ;用定值血清以改良 MONICA法做准确度的随机监控。结果 :2 0 d次测定中用 Grubbs法发现 Cr、BUN越限共 3次 ,若用 x± 3s法则无越限值 ,两方法比较 ,Cr、BUN的 CV%分别由 1 0 .1 0降为 7.81、8.0 9降为 5.94,且分析发现了用定值血清平行监控未能反映出的样品误差因素。结论 :Grubbs法用于监控 RCV测定的敏感性和“即刻性”特点显著 ,有助于增强室内质控的作用 ,该方法简便合理效果好 ,同道可参考应用。

Objective To discuss the effectiveness and possibility of applying Grubbs extreme value to inspeet the clinical and chemical unfixed value quality control RCV.Methods To use Grubbs method to do the total gradual inspection of unfixed value blood serum RCV and leave out the exceeding value in time and measure it supplementally in the same day.To use the evaluating blood serum to improved Monica method to do the random inspection of accuracy.Results In 20 days’measure,We find Cr and BUN totally exceeding three times.If ±3s method is used,there is no exceeding value.Comparing the two methods,Cr and BUN’s CV % is reduced to 7 81 and 5 94 from 10 10 and 8 09.The sample error which can not be reflected under parallel inspection is found by analyzing.Conclusion The immediate feature is quite obvious when inspecting RCV by using.Grubbs method.It helps to enforce the internal quality control.This method is convenient and effective.
