临时冠单体诱导颊黏膜上皮细胞凋亡的动物实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究4种临时冠桥材料戴用后的单体释出对颊黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡行为的影响。方法:选用4种临时冠桥材料(丙烯酸自凝树脂、丙烯酸热凝树脂、DMG-TEMP树脂、松风SWIFT-TEMP树脂)对犬的右侧后牙进行临时冠修复,在牙备前、戴冠时、戴冠1周、2周、1个月5个时间点,收集临时冠对应区域的颊黏膜上皮细胞,并应用流式细胞仪检测其凋亡情况。结果:自凝塑料及热凝塑料组的颊黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡率大小排序为戴冠1周>戴冠2周>戴冠1个月>牙备前、戴冠时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。DMG-TEMP树脂及松风SWIFT-TEMP树脂组的颊黏膜上皮细胞凋亡率在戴冠前后均维持较低水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。颊黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡率与自凝塑料及热凝塑料中的残余单体释出量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:自凝塑料冠及热凝塑料冠在戴冠早期均有明显的残余单体释出,并加速诱导了颊黏膜上皮细胞的凋亡。 Objective: To study the effect of residual monomer released from temporary crown material on apoptosis of buccal mucosa cells.Methods: The experiment animal model was established by temporary prosthesis on dogs'teeth,using chemical-curing acylate resin,heat-curing resin,DMG-TEMP resin and Shofu SWIFT-TEMP resin.The apoptosis of buccal mucosa cells in the corresponding region was detected by flow cytometer(FCM) at five different periods.Results: The apoptosis of buccal mucosa cells in chemical-curing resin and heat-curing resin group both had significant increase during the forepart period after temporary crowns were worn(P〈0.01),while those in DMG-TEMP resin group and Shofu SWIFT-TEMP resin group both remained steadily at low level,without significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusions: The residual monomer released from chemical-curing resin and heat-curing resin resulted in significant apoptosis increase of buccal mucosa cells after temporary crowns were worn.
