广东省三级甲等医院临床护士血糖监测管理知信行的调查

Investigation of the knowledge,attitude and practice of blood glucose monitoring and management among clinical nurses in 3A-level hospitals in Guangdong

目的调查广东省三级甲等医院临床护士血糖监测管理知识、态度和行为的现状。方法抽取广东省32所三级甲等医院999名临床护士,采用自设糖尿病血糖监测护理知、信、行调查问卷进行血糖监测与管理知信行调查。结果临床护士血糖监测与管理相关知识得分为(41.12±6.97)分,血糖监测管理态度得分为(46.11±3.89)分,血糖监测行为得分为(45.36±4.67)分。工作年限、学历和培训途径是其影响因素。结论临床护士对血糖监测知识掌握仍不理想,血糖监测的知信行水平有待提高,培训是提高临床护士血糖监测知信行的有效途径。

Objective To investigate the status of knowledge, attitude and practice （KAP） of blood glucose monitoring and management among clinical nurses in 3A - level hospitals in Guangdong. Methods Totally 999 clinical nurses were recruited from 32 3A - level hospitals. A self - designed questionnaire a- bout nurses＇knowledge,attitude and practice of blood glucose monitoring and management were empioyed. Results The scores of the knowledge, attitude and practie of blood glucose monitoring and management among clinical nurses were （41.12 ± 6.97 ） , （46.11 ± 3.89 ） and （45.36 ± 4.67 ） , respectively. Work experience, education and training approach were its influencing factors. Conclusion The knowledge level of blood glucose monitoring is unsatisfactory. The KAP level of blood glucose monitoring needs to be improved, and training is an effective way to improve KAP level of clinical nurses.
