摘要
文章对我国新护士培训时间安排、培训内容、培训方式进行综述,指出目前我国新护士培训面临的问题,即对培训的重要性认识不够、未针对不同学历护士的需求进行分层培训、缺乏对新护士独立解决问题的培养、缺乏统一的新护士规范化培训和管理体系,并提出对策,以期为我国新护士规范化培训与管理体系的构建提供参考。
This article summarized the schedule, the arrangement of contents, methods of new nurses training in China and analyzes the existing problems, including lack of importance awareness and hierarchical training based on the nurses' education backgrounds, few training on the problem solving ability and standardized training management system. Then the countermeasures were proposed to provide references for the build of a standardized training and management system for new nurses in China.
