我国手术患者隐私泄漏与保护行为分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasures of privacy leak and protection behaviors of surgical patients in China

文章归纳了我国手术患者隐私泄漏与保护中的关键问题,讨论了在术前访视、术前护理操作、手术过程、临床教学中可能侵犯患者隐私的行为。在此基础上,提出强化护士保护手术患者隐私的法律意识;恪守职业道德,提高护士语言综合能力的训练;强化细微服务,尊重体贴患者;不断学习专业知识,掌握新的伦理问题;改善教学管理制度等保护手术患者隐私的对策。

This article summarized the key issues of privacy leak and protection of surgical patients, and analyzed the behaviors that could violate patient privacy in the course of preoperative visiting, preoperative nursing, operation nursing procedures, clinical teaching and so on. On this basis, the were proposed,including strengthening nurses＇awareness of protecting patients＇privacy, abiding by the professional ethics strictly,improving the training of nurse - patient communication,strengthening the fine service, caring patients with respect and considerately, continuously learning professional knowledge, mastering new ethical contents, and improving clinical teaching systems in order to protect patients＇privacy in surgery.
