病例导入式教学法在生理学课程教学中的应用与体会 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨病例导入式教学法在生理学课程教学中的应用效果。方法将2个班护理本科学生共89人分为实验班和对照班,对实验班实施病例导入式教学,在课程结束采用自制学习情况调查问卷和教学考核进行效果评价。结果实验班护生对病例导入式教学法的评价和生理学考核成绩均高于对照班(P<0.01)。结论病例导入式教学法是提升生理学课程教学质量的一种行之有效的方法。 Objective To explore the effects of Case Based Study (CBS) applied in the course of Physiology. Methods A total of 89 nursing students were divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group received the CBS method. After the course, a self - designed questionnaire and examination were used to evaluate the effects. Results The experimental group showed higher comment on the CBS mode, and the mean score of the examination was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The CBS mode is an effective method to enhance teaching quality in the course of Physiology.
