进修护士ICU规范化培训的方法与效果

Practice and effects of ICU standardized training for nurses with advanced study

目的探讨对进修护士实施ICU规范化培训的方法与效果。方法将2009年30名进修护士设为对照组,采用传统跟班方法进行培训两个月;将2010年43名进修护士设为观察组,实施规范化培训两个月,依据进修护士学习需求制订培训计划,根据计划执行规范化培训,包括入科教育、集中理论授课、操作技能示教、个性化培训等。结果观察组进修护士理论及操作考核成绩得分、对带教的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用规范化培训可以提高进修护士的理论及操作成绩,提高进修护士对培训的满意度。

Objective To explore the methods and effects of ICU standardized training for nurses with advanced study. Methods A total of 30 nurses in 2009 were chosen as the control group, and received 2 - month traditional training of attendant method. Another 43 nurses in 2010 were chosen as the experimental group, and received standardized training for two months. We developed a training plan according to their study demands, and implemented training according to the plan. The standardized training included entrance education, centralized theory teaching, skills training, individualized training, and so on. Results The scores of theory and operation assessment and training satisfaction of experiental group were higher than thoes of the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Standardized training can improve the theory and performance skills and training satisfaction of nurses with advanced study.
