护理信息系统的整合与应用

Integration and application of nursing information system

目的通过整合护理信息系统并应用于临床护理及护理管理实践中,以提高工作效率。方法对护理信息系统进行整合,将护理管理、重症监护、物资管理、检验标本采集和智能呼叫系统等子系统整合到原有的"军卫一号"固定护士工作站平台,实现一体化集成展现功能;应用无线网络、移动计算机、掌上电脑,结合病人身份条码识别的腕带标识,将护士站延伸到病人床旁,实现移动护士工作站功能。结果护理工作方便快捷,节省时间,提高效率,能有效减少人工判断产生的错误,减少安全隐患。结论整合后的护理信息系统有效减少了安全隐患,提高了工作效率,具有可推广性。

Objective To integrate the nursing information system and apply it in clinical nursing and nursing management practice, so as to improve work efficinecy. Methods Nursing information system was integrated. Nursing management,intensive care, materials management, specimen collection testing system and intelligent call subsystem was integrated into the existing ＂military guard of fixed nurses＂ station platform, so the function of illuminating the integration capabilities was achieved. Wireless networks, mobile computers and Personal Digital Assistant （PDA） were combined with the patients＇wristband bar code label, so nursing stations were extended to patients＇bedsides and the function of mobility nursing stations was achieved. Results The nursing information system made nursing work more convenient, saved nursing time and improved work efficiency. It could effectively decrease the manual errors and reduce the safely risks. Conclusion Integration of nursing information system can effectively reduce safety risks and improve work efficiency and worthy of promotion.
