摘要
目的探讨排队论模型在采血室护理人员配置中的应用效果。方法运用现场调查法和排队论模型,计算护理人员服务强度、护理人员在1 h内空闲的概率、患者平均系统停留人数、平均排队等待时间、平均停留时间、患者到达后需要等待的概率等运行指标,并对应用排队论模型配置护理人员前后患者及护理人员进行满意度调查。结果通过分析得出上午采血室配置5名护理人员、下午配置2名护理人员最合理。在应用排队论模型配置人员后护理人员及患者满意度均明显提高(P<0.01)。结论运用排队论模型配备采血室护理人员合理可行,值得推广。
Objective To explore the queuing theory model in nurse staffing in blood collection room. Methods The study adopted field survey method and queuing theory model to calculate the nursing care intensity, the free probability of nurses in 1 hour, the stay number of patients" average system, average queuing time, average waiting time, patient arrival rate of idle waiting probability operation index. The satisfaction of patients and nursing staff were investigated. Results By analysis,5 nurses in the morning and 2 nurses in the afternoon was the most reasonable standard of nurse staffing. The satisfaction degrees of nurses and patients were improved after the application of queuing theory model ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion It is rational to apply queuing theory model in nurse staffing in blood collection rooms, and it is worthy of promotion.
